WRITING EXAM RULES
● Students must have their student or TC ID with them throughout the exam.
● In order to take the exams, students must have two cameras (one device (computer, tablet or phone) showing your full face and another device showing your hands and screen).
● In order to take the exam, students must log in to Zoom with their @ stu.fsm.edu.tr e-mail address from both devices they will use. For this reason, the Zoom application must be installed on both devices before the exam. You must join the class by using your names and surnames on both devices. Devices should be named as name-surname 1 and name-surname 2 (For example: Ali Tok 1 / Ali Tok 2). Otherwise, the instructor may not accept you in the class.
● It is strictly forbidden to use headphones in the writing exam.
● Students are required to keep the microphone on throughout the exam. Lecturers can control the voice and they can mute students as needed.
● On the table to be used in the exams, there must only be the device (computer, tablet or phone) that will record you, the device that you will do the exam with, an object to fix the device recording your screen ( i.e. a water bottle / glass without transparent packaging) and an ID card. Students who want to take notes while writing will be allowed to have a blank note paper and a ballpoint pen on the table.
●It is forbidden to use any program, link or add-on to cheat during the exam. The exam of the student caught cheating will be considered invalid.
● The exam of a student who does not follow the above instructions and the instructions of the supervisory instructors during the exam will be considered invalid.
● Students who finish the Writing exam early can click the "send" button and after receiving the message "Your exam has been submitted”, must ask the instructor for permission to leave the exam. Leaving the exam without informing the instructor may mean abandoning the exam and cause your exam to be considered invalid.
● It is forbidden to take toilet breaks during the exam.
● Due to possible short-term connection problems, make sure to join the class a while before the exam starts. Students who arrive later than 5 minutes will not be allowed to take the exam.
READING EXAM RULES

SPEAKING EXAM RULES
● Students must have their student or TC ID with them throughout the exam.
● Students must attend the exam with their cameras and microphones on and must not turn them off during the exam.
● Students must log in to the Zoom application with their @ stu.fsm.edu.tr e-mail address.
● The room where students will take the exam must be empty, and there must not be any background noise. In cases where there is too much noise, teachers and students have to wait a while for the noise to pass.
● The exam of the student who does not follow the above instructions and the instructions of the lecturers during the exam will be considered invalid.
● Due to possible short-term connection problems, join the class a while before the exam time. Students who arrive later than 5 minutes will not be allowed to take the exam.
